Hi, I’m Brian. Currently, I craft thoughtful imagery as a freelance photojournalist and create narratives for ethical stories as a visual editor. As a photo director and producer, I manage teams of creatives to execute shot lists for visual campaigns or live events.

Bio

Born and raised in New Jersey, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School. In addition, he has participated as a student and TA at the International School of Photography.

Brian’s work has been exhibited at venues such as Brooklyn's Bridge and Tunnel Gallery, and Mana Contemporary. He is proficient in both digital and film photography, with over a decade of experience creating images for global publications and private clients. His work has been featured in The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and The Intercept, among others.

In addition to his work behind the camera, Brian is the driving force behind community-focused photography initiatives as part of Area of Refuge. His roles as a Photo Director and Producer for community events further highlight his commitment to using visual storytelling as a tool for empowerment. Brian’s strategic and innovative approach, combined with his deep understanding of socio-political narratives, allows him to create compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences. As an active member of the local arts community, Brian frequently collaborates with other artists and organizations to amplify underrepresented voices and narratives.
